All of our branded cigarettes come from European 'bonded warehouses'... storage facilities that are exempt from local tax; duty is normally applied when bonded goods reach their country of destination, but... when the value of a single consignment is less than a minimum threshold, (usually around $25 - $50) import duty is waived!

So, if you order three cartons of your favorite brand, they are delivered to you by regular international mail, in three separate weekly packages, with three genuine customs declarations... and because the value of each carton is below the threshold, they are all completely duty free!
