100% satisfaction:

Every carton of premium brand cigarettes should reach you in perfect condition. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, or if you were asked to pay duty, Crown Tobacco will refund the price of the cigarettes and your shipping costs in full!

All refunds will be credited to the purchasing credit card account.

Damaged goods:

In the event of damage, do not sign the receipt, but reject the package (which will be automatically returned at our expense) and inform Crown Tobacco immediately by using our Feedback form, letting us know your order number and whether you would prefer a replacement or refund.

We will dispatch the replacement as soon as the damaged goods arrive back with us.

Loss or theft:

If your order has not arrived after 21 days (from the date of order), please inform Crown Tobacco by using our Feedback form, letting us know your order number and whether you would prefer a replacement or refund.

Please allow a further 15 days for us to make all necessary investigations before we are able to dispatch replacements.

Request for tax:

If you are requested to pay duty or tax and decide to reject the package (which will be automatically returned at our expense), then do not sign the receipt, and inform Crown Tobacco immediately by using our Feedback form,

We will refund the price of the cigarettes and your shipping costs in full once the package arrives back with us.

Please note: Transaction costs for refunds will be charged to the cardholder.
